NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 27 day of September, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-000306, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC is the Plaintiff and ROBIN L STROB, EMERALD LAKES RESIDENT'S ASSOCIATION, INC., THE VILLAGES AT EMERALD LAKES ONE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBIN L STROB and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 22 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT G-203, OF VILLAGES AT EMERALD LAKES ONE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1641, PAGES 918 THROUGH 1035, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
