NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed DECEMBER 17, 2012, and entered in Case No.: 12-CA-051355, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff; and FEREIDOUN KERMANI AND SHALA KERMANI, AS TRUSTEES OF THE MP DEFINED BENEFIT PENSION PLAN AND TRUST, FEREIDOUN KERMANI, ET AL, are Defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes the 18th day of JANUARY, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Units 100, 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 106A and 106B of PALM BEACH PROFESSIONAL PARK, BUILDING 1, CONDOMINIUM according to the Declaration of Condominium, recorded in Instrument Number 2008000166232 Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Subject to easements, restrictions and reservations of record and taxes for the year 2008 and thereafter.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) Days after the sale.
