NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 12, 2012 and entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-003140WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-BC3 is the Plaintiff and LARRY T. WILHITE; SANDRA WILHITE A/K/A SANDRA M. WILHITE; TENANT #1 N/K/A FELICIA DAVIS are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on 01/28/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
