CARROLL; and ASHTON LAKES NO. 8 CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; and ASHTON LAKES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; and JOHN DOE N/K/A CELESTE SCHMIDTKE are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 9:00 A.M. on the 22ND day of JANUARY , 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 5521, ASHTON LAKES NO. 8, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2569, PAGE 2644, ET SEQ., AS AMENDED AT OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2575, PAGE 2737, ET SEZ., AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 30, PAGES 12, 12A THRU 12C, INCLUSIVE, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
