NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 27 day of September, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-002235, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and SAMUEL CHARLES SCHMITT and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 28 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 98, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 195, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 102, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
