NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 5, 2012 and the Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale each of which were entered in Civil Case No. 2012 CA 004695 B of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein SPCP GROUP V, LLC is Plaintiff and LAKEWOOD RANCH MOB II, LLP, RONALD J. ALLEN and JOHN M. McKAY are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on January 24, 2013, the following described property as set forth in Exhibit “A” attached hereto.
