NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated DECEMBER 14, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-04164 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NA is the Plaintiff and , NICKOLAS GOULGOUTIS AKA NICKOLAS J. GOUTIS; and DONNA GOULGOUTIS AKA DONNA GOUTIS; and FOREST RIDGE HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION INC; and BANK OF AMERICA, NA are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on the 28TH day of FEBRUARY, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, FOREST RIDGE PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 102, PAGES 51 THROUGH 55 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
