NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order dated December 3, 2012 and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-001573 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein National City Bank as successor to National City Mortgage Co., is the Plaintiff and Tonja Helton; Unknown Spouse of Tonja Helton if any; Current Tenant(s); GTE Federal Credit Union; and Lake Fantasia Homeowners Association, Inc., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on January 22, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 111, Lake Fantasia, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 84, Page 29, recorded in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with a 1999 Mobile Home VIN # PSH2GA0994A AND PSH2GA0994B
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
