LOT 6 AND 7, BLOCK 1, UNIT 1 OF PEACE RIVER SHORES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 19, PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
