NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated November 2, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2011-CA-014345, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff and ISIDRO LUGO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ISIDRO LUGO; DISCOVER BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 18th day of January, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 23, OF FIRST ADDITION TO W.E. HAMNER'S WONDERLAND ACRES, RUN THENCE SOUTH 65 FEET EAST 150 FEET, NORTH 65 FEET AND WEST 150 FEET OF THE POINT OF BEGINNING, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, AT PAGE 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
