NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 25, 2012, and entered in Case No. 1003410CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATE FOR WMALT SERIES 2006-AR7 TRUST, is Plaintiff, and SEAN MAHONEY, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 am at the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex, COLLIER County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 24 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 12, Madison Estates, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 32, page 22, Public Records of Collier County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
