BAILEY; JENNIFER BAILEY; LONGWOOD RUN COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC; RIVIERA CLUB VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on-line at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on JANUARY 16, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, RIVIERA CLUB VILLAGE AT LONGWOOD RUN, PHASE I, AS PER THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
