Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 25, 2012, entered in Case No. 10-4420 CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Atrium, First Floor, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 24 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 124, BLOCK C, INDIGO LAKES, UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGES 8 THROUGH 10, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA

also known as 14454 Indigo Lakes Circle, Naples, FL 34119.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
