NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 12, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2007-CA-006437-WS-J3 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit, in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein WORLD SAVINGS BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and JAMES W. DEGRACE, PEOPLE'S CHOICE HOME LOAN, INC., SUNTRUST BANK are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on JANUARY 28, 2013, beginning at 11:00 A.M., at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in PASCO County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 2, Florestate Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6, at Page 28, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.

THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTYFING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
