NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on December 18, 2012 in the above-captioned action, the following property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
THE WEST 37 FEET OF LOT 2 AND THE EAST 14 FEET OF LOT 3, BLOCK 4, NORTH EUCLID EXTENSION SUBDIVISION NO. 1, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 41 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Shall be sold by the Clerk of Court on the 1st day of February, 2013 on-line at 10:00a.m. (Eastern Time) at ww.pinellas.realforeclose.com to the highest bidder, for cash, after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
