FLEMING, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in Collier Florida, described as:
Lot 197, as shown in the Plat of PEBBLEBROOKE LAKES, recorded in Plat Book 30, pages 4 through 12, inclusive of the Public records of Collier County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at Collier County Courthouse, in the Lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 22nd day of January, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
