NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Default Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 28, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-000613 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor in interest to Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Ryan Tewis, Angela Whited, Boca Palms of Naples Association, Inc., Tenant # 1 n/k/a Michael Rizzi, Tenant # 2 n/k/a Donna Harmon, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st floor , Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 28th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 16, BLOCK D, OF BOCA PALMS OF NAPLES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 67 AND 68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 10064 BOCA CIRCLE, NAPLES, FL 34109
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
