NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 18, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-021754CICI-08, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and GERALD S. NAPLES A/K/A GERARD NAPLES, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 1st day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 1, PINE GLADE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 37, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE SOUTH 1/2 OF VACATED WALKWAY ABUTTING ON THE NORTH.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
