NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 15, 2009 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 30, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2008-CA-010121-WS (J3) of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, Plaintiff, and TOBY R. VAUGHAN AND ____ VAUGHAN; TONYA VAUGHAN; ROBERT DELVALLE; JERILYN DELVALLE, are Defendants.

If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
