NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 18, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-017052XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. AMERICAN HOMEOWNER PRESERVATION LLC, is Plaintiff and TRACEY BEHRENS; DAVID BEHRENS; TRACEY BEHRENS TRUSTEE OF THE HAZEL D. PRATT TRUST AGREEMENT DATED 6-16-94; THE UNKNOWN TRUSTEE(S) OF THE HAZEL D. PRATT TRUST DATED JUNE 16, 1994; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE HAZEL D. PRATT TRUST DATED JUNE 16, 1994, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 1st day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 1 OF LAKE PEARL ESTATES UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 71, PAGE 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
