NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting the Foreclosure Sale Dated dated the 13th day of December, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 020743 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2006-AR8, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR8 is the Plaintiff and RODOLFO BRINETTI; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; ROSALINA FLORA CORREIA; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A RAFAEL BRINETTI; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 13th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, SHERWOOD ESTATES, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 72 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
