WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-RFC1, ASSET-BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and STEPHANIE E. LEBOEUF; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEPHANIE E. LEBOEUF, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 1st day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

LOT 6, AND THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 7, BLOCK B, NORTH RIDGE PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24 PAGE 99 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
BY FEE SIMPLE DEED FROM CONCEPT CARE HOME HEALTH SERVICES, INC. AS SET FORTH IN DEED BOOK 11962, PAGE 228 DATED 03/29/2002 AND RECORDED 04/23/2002, PINELLAS COUNTY RECORDS, STATE OF FLORIDA.
