notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on this 8 day of November 2012 in Case No. 10-5618-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Emigrant Mortgage Company is Plaintiff, and Mark W. Shaughnessy, Sue B. Shaughnessy and Bank of America, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 22 day of January 2013 at 11 a.m. at the Atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Fl 34112 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 4, Block 312, MARCO BEACH UNIT 9, A SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Pages 69-73, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
