NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 13, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-2700-CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is Plaintiff, and SUZAN SPEARS A/K/A S. SPEARS A/K/A SUZAN ANN SPEARS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 am at the 3rd floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, COLLIER County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 28th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK E, MYRTLE COVE ACRES, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 38, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
