LOT 10, BLOCK 12, TIERRA DEL SOL PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGES 130 THROUGH 144, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 9221 LOST MILL DR, LAND O LAKES, FL 34638; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on January 16, 2013 at 11am.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
