NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated NOVEMBER 29, 2012, and entered in Case# 12-CA-002102 DIV K of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2007-OPT5, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OPT5, is the Plaintiff and JORGE L. HERNANDEZ A/K/A JORGE HERNANDEZ; NORMA G. HERNANDEZ AKA NORMA HERNANDEZ; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on-line at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on JANUARY 17, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 24.0 FEET OF LOT 17 AND THE WEST 36.0 FEET OF LOT 18, BLOCK 51, OF JOHN H. DREW'S FIRST EXTENSION TO NORTH-WEST TAMPA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
