NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated NOVEMBER 29, 2012, and entered in 11-CA-015579 DIV K of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R11, is the Plaintiff and FERSAN A. CANELAS; BLANCA Y. CANELAS; CAROLINA S. FLORES; PINEHURST AT CROSS CREEK PARCEL M ASSOCIATION INC.; WESTFIELD HOMES OF FLORIDA INC. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on JANUARY 17, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 36, BLOCK 5, CROSS CREEK, PARCEL M, PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 89, PAGE 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
