and commonly known as: 7338 ORANGE BLOSSOM AVE, PORT RICHEY, FL 34668; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on January 23, 2013 at 11:00 AM.
