Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on December 21, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
THE TIME SHARE ESTATE(S) CONSISTING OF AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN UNIT 602, QUARTER NO. 2, WEEKS 3, 4, 5, 6, 27, 28, 29, 38, 39, 46, 47 AND 48 AND ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THOSE COMMON ELEMENTS APPERTAINING THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, TERMS, RESTRICTIONS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF SANDRIFT, A CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1062, AT PAGE 1294, ET SEQ. OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 613 EAST LAKE DRIVE, NAPLES, FL 34102; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on January 22, 2013 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
