Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on December 3, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
LOT 38, BLOCK 7, MEADOW POINTE IV PARCEL “M”, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGES 21 THROUGH 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 31110 EDENDALE DRIVE, WESLEY CHAPEL, FL 33543; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on January 24, 2013 at 11am.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
