NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 13, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 0901530CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse, 3rd Floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL. 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 22nd day of January, 2013 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. A3-104, Newcastle, a Condominium, according to that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1489, Pages 528 to 596, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and all amendments thereto
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
