KNIGHT JR A/K/A CHARLES E. KNIGHT; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA FELIX VALDEZ; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; STATE OF FLORIDA; CLERK OF COURT, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on-line at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on JANUARY 17, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8 IN BLOCK 11 OF SUGARCREEK SUBDIVISON UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 53, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
