NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure filed December 20, 2012 and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-050384 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein “HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES, INC. MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-AR2, (Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered.) is the Plaintiff and KEVIN KOELEMEYER; TERRACE III AT RIVERWALK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED; TERRACES AT RIVERWALK MASTER ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED; TENANT #1 N/K/A DAN BRONSON are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 23 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT NO. 542 IN BUILDING NO. 5 OF TERRACE III AT RIVERWALK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NO. 2006000103617, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED. TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DELARATION AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO.
