NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 21, 2012 and entered in Case NO. 11-2010-CA-003882 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA MORTGAGE SECURITIES, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-7, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-7, is the Plaintiff and NAKID M. FARHAT; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NAKID M. FARHAT N/K/A HASMA FARHAT; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY 3RD FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 22 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF THE EAST 180 FEET OF TRACT 105, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 46, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
