NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 24, 2009 in the above action, the Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Pinellas, Florida, on March 19, 2013, at 10:00 a.m., at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
A PARCEL OF LAND BEING A PART OF LOT 120,EAST LAKE WOODLANDS UNIT ONE,ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 75, PAGE 9,10,11 AND 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING MORE PARTICULRLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT THE EASTERLY MOST CORNER OF SAID LOT 120 SAID POINT BEING THE POINT OF BEGINNING, SAID POINT LYING ON THE WESTERLY RIGHT OF WAY OF IVY TERRACE; THENCE FROM THE POINT OF BEGINNING RUN SOUTH 47º 06` 12” WEST, 161.48 FEET; THENCE NORTH 10º 23` 40” WEST 23.60 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00º 24` 00” EAST, 157.46 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 80º 36` 05” EAST, 79.41 FEET TO THE INTERSECTION WITH THE AFOREMENTIONED WESTERLY RIGHT OF WAY OF IVY TERRACE SAID POINT OF INTERSECTION LYING ON A CURVE CONCAVE NORTHEASTERLY HAVING A RADIUS OF 50.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTHERLY ALONG SAID CURVE OF AN ARC DISTANCE OF 80.51 FEET THROUGH A DELTA ANGLE 92º 15` 18” TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
