ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006- 25 is the Plaintiff and LIZAIDA SANTIAGO; BLACKSTONE AT BAY PARK HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE FINANCIAL CORPORATION; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 01/25/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
