MALLETT A/K/A JONATHAN MALLETT AND DEBORAH GALENO MALLETT, AKA DEBORAH G. MALLETT, HIS WIFE; PASCO COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 23rd day of January, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 772, OF REGENCY PARK UNIT FIVE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS THE SAME IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, AT PAGE 50 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
