NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Default Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 21, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11 2012 CA 001710 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Michael A. Mcfarlane, Donna R. Mcfarlane and Beachwood Condominium Apartments, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor , Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 22nd day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 11, BEACHWOOD CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, INC., A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 456, PAGE 221 AS AMENDED AND RESTATED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2480 PAGE 2652, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
