YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed to foreclose a mortgage on the described real property located in Pinellas County, Florida:
that part of tract 1 of phillips palm harbor grove replat of blocks 81 and 99 of the town of sutherland as recorded in plat book 21, page 60 of the public records of pinellas county, florida , described as follow: from the northwest corner of block 99 as shown on the map of the town of sutherland, run thence east, along the north line of said block 99, 175.00 feet for a point of beginning; thence run south 125.00 feet; thence run east 75.00 feet; thence run north 125.00 feet; thence run west 75.00 feet to the point of beginning.
and
the westerly 25.00 feet of the following described parcel; that part of tract 1 of phillips palm harbor grove replat of blocks 81 and 99 of the town of sutherland as recorded in plat book 21, page 60 of the public records of pinellas county, florida, described as follow: from the northwest corner of block 99 as shown on the map of the town of sutherland, run thence east along the north line of said block 99, 250.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence run south 125.00 feet; thence run east 100.00 feet, thence run north 125.00 feet; thence run west 100.00 feet to the point of beginning.
less and except that easement granted to florida power corporation as described in official records book 3918, page 283 as recorded of the public records of pinellas county, florida.
and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Caridad M. Garrido, Esq., attorney for REGIONS BANK, AN ALABAMA BANKING CORP., whose address is 2800 Ponce de Leon Blvd., Suite 190 Coral Gables, FL 33134 on or before February 4, 2013, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once a week for two weeks in the Gulf Coast Business Review.
