NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 18, 2012, and entered in Case No. 41 2009 CA 005389, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. OWB REO, LLC is Plaintiff and JOSE A. HERNANDEZ; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSE A. HERNANDEZ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT (S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; #1 TENANT; #2 TENANT; #3 TENANT; #4 TENANT; NORTH OAKS ESTATES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR OCWEN LOAN SERVICES, LLC; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 23rd day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK C, NORTH OAKS ESTATES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGES 137 THROUGH 143, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
