NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Consent Final Summary Judgment in Foreclosure dated August 24, 2012 and entered in Case No. 112008CA0076700001XX of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein DUETSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST CO. AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2006-2 is Plaintiff and JAIME RAMIREZ; ROCIO GAMBOA ROJAS; ARGENT MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC; all unknown parties claiming by, through, under or against the named defendants, whether living or not, and whether said unknown parties claims as heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, or in any other capacity, claiming by, through under or against the named Defendants are the Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the in the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 22 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
