NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1st day of October, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-004595WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL SWARTZ; WALLIS SWARTZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL SWARTZ N/K/A ROBERTA SWARTZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WALLIS SWARTZ; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 16th day of January, 2013, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

The South 168.00 feet of the North 504.00 feet of Tract 727 of the Unrecorded Plat of The Highlands Unit VI, being further described as follows: Commence at the Northeast Corner of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 22, Township 24 South, Range 17 East, Pasco County, Florida; Go thence North 89º 59' 20” West, 2284.00 feet; thence South 00º 38' 28” West, 336.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; Thence run North 89º 59' 20” West, 264.00 feet; Thence South 00º 38' 28” West, 168.00 feet; Thence South 89º 89' 20” East. 264.00 feet; Thence North 0º 38' 28” East, 168.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. The West 25.00 feet subject to an Ingress and Egress Easement, Along with perpetual rights to use a 25.00 feet wide Ingress and Egress Easement lying along and East of the South extension of the West Boundary line of the above described Parcel 3 to the Northerly right of way line of Oakwood Drive as now established, Together with that certain 1987, GREE, Vin#LFLGH2AH013208916, Title # 45027324 and VIN#LFLGH2BH013208916, Title # 45027356 located thereon pursuant to §319.261, Florida Statutes, because it is permanently attached to Affiant(s) Real Property.
