NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 20 day of December, 2012, in Civil Action No. 12-CA-003231, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which DEIRDRE A. MCMANUS, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS CO-TRUSTEE OF THE RICHARD A. MCMANUS REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED DECEMBER 30, 2005 and MARY M. REINHARDT, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS CO-TRUSTEE OF THE RICHARD A. MCMANUS REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED DECEMBER 30, 2005, are the Defendants, and COURTWOOD, INC., a Florida not-for profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the third floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 22 day of January, 2013, the following described real and personal property set forth in the Final Judgment in Collier County, Florida:
Unit 201, COURTWOOD, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 862, Pages 1926 through 1973, inclusive, and having been amended and restated in OR Book 1924, Pages 1485 through 1540, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with an undivided share of the common elements appurtenant thereto as set forth in the said Declaration.
Any person claiming an interest in the funds remaining after the sale, if any, must file a claim with the clerk No later than 60 days after this sale. if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
