Unit/Week(s) 989/34, Harbourview Villas at South Seas Resort, a Condominium (“Condominium”), together with all appurtenances thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 4202, Page 3254, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and all exhibits attached thereto, and any amendments thereof (“Declaration”).
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court in the above-styled cause.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
