Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on November 16, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as:
LOT 5 AND THE WEST 42 FEET OF LOT 4, BLOCK “A”, ELYSIAN HEIGHTS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 143, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 8415 17TH AVENUE NW, BRADENTON, FL 34209; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on January 22, 2013 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
