Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on January 22, 2013, at eleven o'clock, a.m. in the lobby, on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 51, EDGEWILD, a subdivision a/k/a Quail Woods Estates, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages 44 and 45, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the commencement date of this action, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
