NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 5, 2012, entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-004344 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-8 is the Plaintiff and Donna Vaughn, f/k/a Donna Jo Holden, f/k/a Donna J. Carrico; Stephen Vaughn; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 4th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26, DOTSON'S GROVE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 41, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
