NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 20, 2012 and entered in Case NO. 10-CA-001938 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005- AB4, is the Plaintiff and VINCENT D.
