Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 25, 2012,in this cause, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
LOT 4, BLOCK 9, NAPLES MANOR ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 67 AND 68.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on January 24, 2013, at eleven o'clock EST, in the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
