NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 24, 2012, entered in Case No. 11-CA-2761, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Gibraltar Private Bank & Trust Company f/k/a Gibraltar Bank, FSB, is the Plaintiff and Britannic Properties International; Simon Bailey; and Elaine Bailey are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at a foreclosure sale conducted at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, 3rd Floor Lobby, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on January 22, 2013, in accordance with Section 45.031 Fla. Stat., the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 10, Block 13, ROYAL HARBOR UNIT 1, a subdivision according to the Plat or Map thereof described in Plat Book 3, at Page(s) 56, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

Property Address: 1888 Kingfish Road, Naples, FL 34102.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST FROM THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
